Terms of service
The short version: Karma is an early-access tool provided as is. You choose the coding agents, and you are responsible for reviewing what they produce.
license and early access
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Karma on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, host, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. Features may change, break, or be removed during early access.
you are responsible for the code
Karma launches and supervises coding agents, but cannot guarantee their output. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and testing agent-generated code before merging or shipping it.
- Ensuring you have the rights to any code or data agents read or write.
- Following the terms of the harnesses, model providers, and services you connect.
- Securing your own accounts, tokens, and repositories.
acceptable use
- Do not violate laws or the rights of others.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
- Do not infringe copyrights, licenses, or trade secrets.
third parties, updates, and availability
Karma is independent of the coding agents and services it orchestrates. We do not control their pricing, availability, or behavior. Karma may check for signed updates when enabled and may change or discontinue early-access features.
no warranty and limited liability
Karma is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or agent-generated output.
